Adding users as group admins

Your Club Subs allows you to add unlimited users to be admins of certain groups. For example, a football club manager might have administration access to their specific team, but not for the whole organisation.

Click “Users” on the top menu, then click “Add user”. Type the email address of the person you wish to give access to, then select the appropriate permissions.

Organisation admin
An organisation admin has access to the whole organisation, and can complete all tasks on the portal across all groups.
Group admin
A group admin only has access to that specific group. They cannot complete organisation wide tasks, nor can they add debits or credits.

Adding someone as an organisation admin gives them permission to do everything on Your Club Subs, including removing other organisation admins.
